Feeling it now...

OK.... now I'm starting to feel the lack of serious exercise.  2 weeks of Recovery has been nice, but I'm starting to feel a lack of energy.  I'm sluggish and just run down.  I NEED to burn the cobwebs out of my system. It's only 4 more days though so I think I can hold out.

Today was 15 min on the Lifecycle, and HIIT 15 from TurboFire.  The workout issue probably has something to do with lunch at 1:30,  snack at 5:30, and workout starting at 9:30.  Not a good combo.

I did start of the day with my Before pics for Body Beast, and measurements.  I'm happy with those, but looking forward to getting back to the workouts and seeing some gains.
